Vin Kruttiventi Pledges to Champion for Small Businesses in California’s 14th District
California, September 5th, 2024 – Vin Kruttiventi, Candidate for Congress in California’s 14th District, has unveiled his plan to address the ongoing challenges facing small businesses. A business owner himself, Kruttiventi emphasized the urgent need to protect small businesses to maintain economic stability both locally and nationally.
“I am a business owner and understand the problems small businesses face. We must care for our small businesses for economic prosperity for the country and our communities," said Kruttiventi. "Small businesses make up 45.3% of the workforce here in California’s 14th District and generate a payroll of $12.4 billion, yet they are being overlooked."
Kruttiventi's Plan for Small Businesses includes:
Increasing access to capital with lower interest rates.
Reducing unnecessary regulation and red tape by enabling single-day approvals and assigning case workers to guide business owners through the process.
Negotiating group and special health plans to reduce premiums and out-of-pocket costs.
Reducing energy costs to ease economic strain on small business owners.
Creating Special Economic Zones and incentives to promote local production and consumption.
Providing top-tier training in marketing, customer retention, and cash flow management to help businesses thrive.
Kruttiventi has positioned himself as the champion for small businesses, with an emphasis on supporting women-, minority-, and veteran-owned enterprises. He sharply criticized his opponent’s voting record, highlighting a pattern of opposition to key legislation that could have directly benefited small businesses.
"My opponent Eric Swalwell has repeatedly voted NO on bills that would have immensely helped small businesses," Kruttiventi said, calling attention to the following key votes in the 118th Congress.
The Family and Small Business Taxpayer Protection Act (H.R. 23): Aimed at easing tax burdens for small business owners, but Swalwell voted NO.
The Congressional Review Act (H.J.Res. 27) on the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) Final Rule: Could have protected small businesses from excessive regulations, but Swalwell voted NO.
The Lower Energy Costs Act (H.R. 1): Sought to reduce energy costs, enabling small businesses to reinvest savings, but Swalwell voted NO.
The CHOICE Arrangement Act (H.R. 3799): Would have made health insurance more affordable and flexible for small businesses, but Swalwell voted NO.
Kruttiventi concluded, "Supporting small businesses means supporting our communities, especially women, minorities, and veterans. I will be the champion they deserve."

Vin Kruttiventi unveils innovative plan to resolve Ukraine-Russia conflict and to stop the unnecessary spending of billions of dollars to fund this long war
California, September 5th, 2024 – In an innovative and visionary view, Vin Kruttiventi, Top 2 Candidate for Congress for CA-14, unveiled his peace plan for ending the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
Kruttiventi’s comprehensive strategy aims to achieve lasting peace through impartial intervention, democratic governance, and international cooperation. "The conflict between Ukraine and Russia is not just a regional issue; it's a global security concern, as well as affecting the food security of millions of poor families worldwide. WE need immediate and coordinated international action for lasting peace," Kruttiventi stated.
Kruttiventi’s Approach Is built Around Seven Key Pillars:
Establishing a Non-NATO Peacekeeping Force: To ensure an impartial and secure resolution, Kruttiventi proposes deploying a peacekeeping force led by India, with contributions from countries like Vietnam, Japan, the Philippines, Nepal, and Mongolia. This force would oversee the ceasefire and secure Ukrainian territories while facilitating the withdrawal of Russian military forces, except for a managed area around Sevastopol. Additionally, Russian-backed separatist forces would disarm under a negotiated amnesty.
Autonomy and Fair Elections: Kruttiventi advocates for the safe return of displaced Ukrainians and the oversight of free and fair elections by neutral observers. Local elections in regions such as Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk would be held every two years, supervised by third-party observers from India, South Korea, Japan, Greece, and Brazil. Local police forces would undergo reforms to ensure they are appropriately sized and equipped with non-lethal weapons.
Referendums for Regional Status: To address the future status of contested regions, Kruttiventi proposes scheduled referendums for Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk between 2034 and 2036. These referendums would be overseen by delegations from Ukraine, Russia, the OECD, and international bodies, with specific thresholds determining the outcomes.
Reconstruction and Sanction Relief: Recognizing the need for recovery, Kruttiventi’s plan includes creating a reconstruction fund for Ukraine, supported by Russia, the EU, and the US. Sanctions on Russia would be eased in phases as the country meets sensible withdrawal and reform commitments.
Accountability for violation of the convention of war: To ensure justice, a tribunal would be held in Simla, India, beginning 18 months after a ceasefire. This tribunal would focus on major war crimes, with findings published for transparency.
Supporting India’s Role: Kruttiventi emphasizes India would be the best option as the mediator because of her prior experience in global Peacekeeping AND her cordial and trusted relationship with both sides of this war. If India can successfully bring the two sides to achieve peace, The United States, our worldwide allies, as well as Russia, will work together to elevate India as the 6th permanent member on the UN Security Council.
Vision for Russia’s Future: Many of Russia’s neighbors have legitimate concerns about leaving Russia under strongman rule and would want Sanctions to stay. To alleviate such concerns, we may explore transitioning to a constitutional monarchy similar to the Netherlands and Spain. Sanction relief can also be linked to NATO and Russia resolving existing territorial issues such as Kosovo and Transnistria.
"The resolution of the Ukraine conflict requires a multifaceted approach that balances immediate security needs with long-term stability and democratic principles," said Kruttiventi. "My broad strokes plan is designed to address the core issues of sovereignty, security, and justice while promoting a fair and balanced resolution that respects the rights and aspirations of all involved. I welcome any improvements to this plan."
During a recent meet-and-greet session, Vin Kruttiventi engaged in an insightful conversation with a high school student named Weycene Yang. This discussion inspired Kruttiventi to document her ideas and share this innovative approach to resolving the ongoing conflict, highlighting his vision for a more peaceful and stable world.
As he continues his campaign, Vin Kruttiventi remains committed to finding thoughtful, strategic solutions to domestic and international challenges and to promoting world peace.

Alameda County Residents Grapple with Rising Inflation: Congressional Candidate Vin Kruttiventi Calls for Targeted Action
Alameda County, CA – As the inflation rate in 2024 continues to rise, residents of Alameda County are feeling the pinch more than ever. With the cost of living already among the highest in the nation, the effects of inflation are hitting home for families, small businesses, and retirees across the region.
Vin Kruttiventi is raising the alarm, calling for immediate action to address the economic challenges that inflation is imposing on the community. The rising costs of housing, groceries, and transportation are making it increasingly difficult for residents to make ends meet. Small businesses are also under pressure, facing higher costs for materials and labor, which in turn are driving up prices for consumers.
“Inflation is eroding the financial stability of our community,” said Vin Kruttiventi. “We need to take bold steps to support our local economy, protect our residents from rising costs, and ensure that Alameda County remains a place where people can live and thrive.” “Congressman Eric Swalwell has done absolutely nothing for the residents of Alameda County. He should resign from office, immediately.," said Vin Kruttiventi.
Among the proposed solutions are initiatives to support local businesses, expand affordable housing, and invest in infrastructure and public transportation. These measures aim to alleviate the burden of inflation by reducing living expenses and fostering economic growth within the county.
One key focus is on affordable housing. With housing costs at the forefront of the inflation crisis, expanding affordable housing programs and increasing the supply of homes are seen as essential steps to stabilize the market and reduce pressure on residents.
Additionally, local leaders are advocating for energy efficiency programs and workforce development initiatives. These efforts are designed to lower utility costs, create high-paying jobs, and help residents adapt to the changing economic landscape. “While inflation is a national issue, there are concrete actions we can take here in Alameda County to protect our residents and build a stronger, more resilient economy,” added Vin Kruttiventi. “It’s time to act before more families and businesses are forced out of our community due to rising costs.” As Alameda County faces this economic challenge, residents and local leaders alike are encouraged to come together to develop and implement strategies that will ease the impact of inflation and secure a brighter future for all.
Vin Kruttiventi’s Strategies To Lower Inflation In Alameda County
While inflation is influenced by national and global factors, there are steps that can be taken at the local level to help mitigate its effects:
Support For Local Businesses: Encouraging local spending and providing support for small businesses can help strengthen the local economy. This could include offering tax incentives, streamlining business regulations, and investing in community development projects that create jobs and stimulate economic growth.
Affordable Housing Initiatives: Addressing the high cost of housing is crucial for reducing the overall cost of living in Alameda County. Expanding affordable housing programs, increasing the supply of housing through smart zoning policies, and offering assistance to first-time homebuyers are essential steps.
Transportation And Infrastructure: Improving public transportation and infrastructure can reduce costs for residents. Investments in public transit, bike lanes, and pedestrian-friendly urban planning can lower transportation expenses and decrease reliance on cars, which are subject to fluctuating fuel prices.
Energy Efficiency Programs: Promoting energy efficiency and supporting the transition to renewable energy sources can help lower utility bills for residents and businesses. Alameda County could implement programs that incentivize the adoption of solar energy, energy-efficient appliances, and home insulation improvements.
Education And Workforce Development: Investing in education and workforce development can help residents adapt to changing economic conditions. Providing access to training and education programs that align with the needs of the local economy can help workers secure higher-paying jobs and reduce income inequality.

PLEASANTON, CA – Today, Vin Kruttiventi released a statement on Governor Newsom’s announced “surge” of law enforcement resources to the East Bay region. Kruttiventi stated, "While I'm pleased to see Governor Newsom finally acknowledge the reality of the public safety crisis that has been ongoing in the East Bay, it is a tragedy that so many lives and businesses had to be devastated before this action was taken. Leaders have a responsibility to speak out and stand up for their community when it is in crisis.”
“Through the course of this crisis, Congressman Swalwell has been consistently silent while businesses were robbed, lives were destroyed, and residents lived in fear. Kruttiventi calls out Swalwell for Abuse of Power
Vin Kruttiventi exposes Rep. Swalwell's misuse of power and scandal with Hunter Biden, vowing to restore integrity in the 14th District.
PLEASANTON, CA – In a stunning and egregious misuse of power, Congressman Eric Swalwell of California’s 14th District has been implicated in a scandal involving Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden. Swalwell orchestrated the controversial Press Conference for Hunter Biden, blatantly ignoring a House subpoena for Hunter to appear in court. This act is a flagrant display of contempt for Congress and the rule of law, raising serious questions about Swalwell's integrity and respect for federal mandates.
The Washington Examiner first broke this explosive story, revealing that Swalwell, leveraging his official capacity, reserved the conference space and actively aided Hunter in evading the House committees probing President Biden. This incident is not Swalwell’s first brush with controversy. His history is marred by questionable campaign finance practices and allegations of improper conduct, including being ousted from the House Intelligence Committee due to an alleged association with an agent of a foreign government.
This latest incident, potentially amounting to obstruction of justice, adds a significant blot to Swalwell's already controversial record. His apparent thirst for media attention, even at the cost of ethical conduct, has raised alarms about his priorities and commitment to his constituents.
Vin Kruttiventi, a respected business owner, family man, and community pillar, is stepping up to challenge this status quo. Running for Congress in the 14th District, Kruttiventi's campaign is founded on restoring the American Dream and bringing genuine leadership and transparency back to the district. His decision to run is a direct response to the current leadership's failures, highlighting a political landscape where figures like Swalwell prioritize personal gains over public service.
The 14th District deserves leaders who embody honesty, transparency, and accountability - values that Kruttiventi champions. His campaign is a beacon of hope for those disillusioned with the current state of affairs.
